About RCS
trusted partners delivering A Better Building Experience
About RCS
RCS was founded in 1984 on a simple principle: always do the right thing for our clients and partners. What started as a small team focused on retail projects has, over the past four decades, grown into a trusted leader in national general contracting, construction management, and facilities maintenance.
As our company has expanded, so has our expertise, well beyond retail. Today, RCS holds licenses in all 50 states, the US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico, building coast to coast with the strength of a national contractor and the insight of local market knowledge. Our diverse portfolio reflects this evolution, as we continue to adapt to meet the changing needs of clients across industries.
With this growth came the recognition that our original brand no longer captured the full scope of our capabilities. To better represent who we are today, we have embraced a new identity: simply RCS. This name reflects the breadth of our services while honoring our history and reaffirming our commitment to delivering a better building experience.
Looking ahead to the next 40 years and beyond, our dedication to quality, integrity, and efficiency remains stronger than ever. RCS is proud to serve as a trusted partner to our clients and trade partners, building with purpose, collaboration, and lasting value.
