RCS proudly completed the interior build-out of a Fresenius Medical Care kidney care facility, delivering a highly coordinated healthcare environment designed to support critical dialysis operations and patient care services. This project required extensive attention to detail, strict adherence to life-safety standards, and seamless coordination across multiple trades to ensure every system functioned reliably within an active healthcare setting.

The scope of work included complete tenant improvements, custom millwork installation, and significant mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades tailored specifically to the operational needs of a modern dialysis facility. From patient treatment spaces and staff support areas to specialized utility requirements and finish selections, every aspect of the project was carefully managed to meet the demanding standards of healthcare construction.
