### Project Details

RCS played a major role in the Journeys Rollout program in the late 90’s and was fortunate enough to continue our relationship with their refresh and experimental retail programs until the Covid lockdowns. RCS was hired by Genesco and negotiated nearly all of our work with the brand. We were able to build over 300 locations all across the United States, and were able to service their high-volume store counts with timely turnovers and within their regional budgets.
