Partnering with Southern Veterinary Partners to Bring Their Clinic Brands to Life Nationwide
Project Details
RCS kicked off our first Southern Veterinary Partners (SVP) project in Minnesota in late 2024 with the construction of a new Livewell Animal Hospital Urgent Care. Since then, our partnership has continued to grow— we’ve secured contracts for six additional locations.
These 3,500 to 5,000 SF build-outs are designed to support SVP’s mission of delivering high-quality veterinary care across the country. Each clinic is thoughtfully constructed to provide a welcoming, efficient environment for veterinary teams while ensuring a comfortable, top-tier experience for pets and their owners.
