The Royal Golf Club
Clubhouse and Restaurant Renovation in Lake Elmo, MN

Project Details
RCS was proud to serve as the general contractor for the renovation of the historic Royal Golf Club clubhouse, originally built in the 1950s as the 3M Clubhouse. Working in partnership with H.C. Golf Course Development, our team provided full general contracting and construction management services to transform the facility while honoring its legacy.
The renovation scope included:
-
Expansion and finishing of Arnie’s Restaurant, the clubhouse dining destination
-
Updates to the pro shop and meeting spaces
-
Modernized locker rooms and player amenities
-
A revitalized patio and outdoor gathering areas
The project was completed in conjunction with course upgrades designed by golf legends Arnold Palmer and Annika Sörenstam, blending modern luxury with timeless tradition.
This renovation reflects our commitment to delivering exceptional spaces for members, guests, and the community to enjoy for decades to come.
